Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore East is seeking a customer service representative to provide first-level support via phone, email and walk-in. You will listen actively to fully understand customer needs and resolve queries efficiently.

Responsibilities include escalating issues promptly, building rapport with clients through calls and messages using provided leads, performing administrative duties, and sending reminders for upcoming appointments. Basic salary ranges $2300-$2500 with AWS and Bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support and quality customer service via phone / email / walk-in.
• Listen actively, ask probing questions, and clarify to fully understand customer needs.
• Escalate issues promptly and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Build rapport with clients through calls and messages using provided leads.
• Perform administrative duties as required.
• Send reminders to clients regarding upcoming appointments.
