Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback across various service channels.
• Provide timely and professional assistance to walk-in customers and customers via phone.
• Handle escalated enquiries and follow up on complex customer cases when required.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for follow-ups and service-related matters.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a consistent service experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow established service and quality standards.
• Support service improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
