Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a front-line customer service assistant in Singapore to greet walk-in customers, register them in the case management system, and manage queues at the service centre. You will respond to inquiries, provide administrative support, assist with videoconferencing setup, and help with events, while guiding customers on digital apps and online services.

The role runs until March 2027 with incentives and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level with prior experience in customer service support is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to handle customer enquiries tactfully.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front counter presence to provide prompt assistance.
• Greet and register walk-in customers using the case management system; manage the queue.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide administrative support, including document filing, data entry, printing, and mailing of letters.
• Assist with setting up videoconferencing and other communication equipment for scheduled appointments.
• Provide logistical support for ad-hoc events when needed.
• Engage with customers to teach/guide on digital apps and online services.
• Assist customers with online application forms using the portal.
• Perform prompt follow-ups and administrative duties.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
