Job summary

Responsibilities

Coordinate work processes and information to ensure timely arrival of heavy equipment or delivery information to customers.
Ensure smooth running of daily service operation and resolve on-site operational issues and customer service level satisfaction.
Work closely with business, distributors/end customers, and internal customers to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and mechanics on follow-up updates of service calls and job delivery.
Assist with raising Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices.
Liaise with existing customers and handle enquiries and feedback.
Build good relationships with management, team and customers.
