Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a motivated professional to handle customer enquiries, coordinate orders, and prepare quotations. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and maintain accurate customer records. A diploma plus 2–3 years of relevant experience is expected, with SAP as an advantage.

This role requires strong Organisation, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email promptly.
• Review requirements and coordinate product specs and customised solutions.
• Prepare quotations, respond to RFQs and follow up on orders.
• Liaise with internal sales and operations for smooth fulfilment.
• Handle feedback, complaints and service-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
