Job summary

NOV in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the central hub for sales activities, handling enquiries, quotations, order entry, and project coordination from quote to delivery. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to verify purchase orders, process orders, and generate order acknowledgements and invoices to ensure a seamless experience and timely information flow.

A Diploma with about 3 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (fresh graduates welcome).
• Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Syteline ERP is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work spontaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Team player capable of operating with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process enquiries, quotations, orders and shipments accurately and timely.
• Verify purchase orders against quotations and validate material/service orders.
• Liaise with customers to confirm schedules and follow up on payments, BG and LC matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and obtain necessary details for quotes.
• Enter sales orders, issue Field Service order, and generate order acknowledgements/proforma invoices.
• Prepare and send supporting billing documents for service orders.
• File all customer-related documents according to company procedures.
• Follow up on actions required to meet customer requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
