Job summary

Microcast Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to support order management, production scheduling, and customer coordination for our manufacturing operations. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management as you will be the main contact for assigned customers and internal teams across production, logistics, and supply chain, ensuring accurate orders and on-time delivery.

The position is on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or planning in manufacturing.
• Diploma or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Baseline understanding of ERP/workflows in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main account coordinator for assigned customers and handle day-to-day enquiries.
• Review and process Purchase Orders before confirmation.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for order fulfilment.
• Track order status, shipment schedules and delivery timelines for on-time delivery.
• Expedite urgent orders and provide delivery updates to customers.
• Monitor capacity and assist in production loading planning.
• Track usage trends and purchasing patterns to support capacity planning.
• Prepare order reports and customer activity summaries.
• Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support sales or supply chain teams in meeting monthly targets and KPI goals.
