Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to handle inbound inquiries via email, fax, and phone. The role involves quoting, product information, and coordinating orders with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.

You will liaise with internal teams and suppliers, build relations with customers, and ensure accurate processing of orders. Prioritise accuracy, responsiveness, and efficient support across divisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or order processing preferred.
• Ability to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and timely communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries received through email, fax and telephone, and provide timely responses.
• Prepare quotations and provide information on product availability and delivery lead times.
• Maintain knowledge of FS product ranges and provide accurate information to customers.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate order confirmations, delivery arrangements and logistics details.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Apply price and cost mark-up guidelines according to customer category.
• Ensure customer orders and requirements are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the relevant divisions as required.
• Verify customer purchase orders against approved quotations before forwarding to the Order Processing team for fulfilment.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
