Job summary

Simplified Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Success professional in Singapore to drive growth by identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored software and hardware solutions.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations and contracts, collaborate with the technical team, and work toward achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or implied
• Experience in sales, preferably tech
• Strong understanding of software development and hardware integration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
