in Singapore is seeking a motivated freight forwarding support professional to join our growing logistics team. You will prepare quotations, coordinate shipments, and deliver excellent customer service while liaising with customers, overseas agents, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, customer service, or sales support.
• Familiarity with freight quotations and shipping processes will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth freight operations.
• Follow up on quotations, customer enquiries, and sales leads.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and rate agreements.
• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to obtain accurate freight rates and service information.
• Manage customer correspondence relating to quotations, documentation, and shipment enquiries.
• Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.

About the Role
