Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Assistant based in Loyang, Singapore. You will support daily warehouse operations, verify incoming goods, store items neatly, and prepare shipments.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of relevant experience; forklift experience is an advantage. The role offers SGD 1,900–2,600 plus AWS and PB, with OT when required, and a 5.5-day work week (Mon–Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Sat 8am–12pm).

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience operating forklift truck will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods (parts and supplies).
• Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
• Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.
• Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
• Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.
• Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements.
• Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.
• Liaise with forwarder, confirm delivery terms with supplier and provide invoice and packing list to the forwarder.
• Support in preparation of shipping / freight-forwarding documentation.
• Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
• Ensure compliance with company operations policies and procedures.
