AkzoNobel Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service by managing orders and resolving inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You will work closely with Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain to ensure timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or SAP is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 5 days per week in an office-based environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to a 5-day office-based work arrangement.
• Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Manage inquiries, requests, complaints and escalations professionally.
• Proactively contact customers to bring in orders and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and prepare routine reports on service performance.
• Achieve KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Support team members and provide backup coverage.
