Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-in customers at the service center.
• Handle customer requests related to RMA, including device receiving, collection, and status updates.
• Assist in credit note application and submission processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of customer and product details.
• Liaise with internal teams (technical/service/finance) to support smooth customer transactions.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative or support tasks as assigned.
