Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Service Coordinator to manage enquiries, coordinate job orders, and liaise with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.

You will maintain records in the system, prepare updates for the Service Manager, handle purchasing and scheduling, and look for opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GCE O/N/A Level or Diploma with 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, quotations, charges and service requests via phone/email.
• Process and prioritize Job Orders (JOP) and coordinate service schedules.
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, subcontractors and relevant parties to ensure timely service completion.
• Maintain service records, reports, customer feedback and documentation in the system.
• Monitor service issues and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide service updates and reports to the Service Manager/Lead Coordinator.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, parts, equipment, deliveries and subcontractor requirements.
• Handle purchase requisitions, vendor/subcontractor documentation and warranty claims.
• Arrange project/service schedules, bookings and related administrative matters.
• Identify opportunities for follow-up services, upgrades and process improvements.
• Support customer audits/inspections and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
