Job summary

InternSG in Singapore is seeking a customer service and operations coordinator to be the first point of contact at the service center. You will assist walk-in customers, process RMA requests, and support credit note submissions while ensuring accurate records.

Ideal candidates have experience with IT equipment, strong Excel skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach. The role requires excellent communication and the ability to handle challenging customer situations, with an alternate 5.5

Requirements:

• Working experience in supporting IT related equipment
• At least 2 years of working experience in a fast-paced Service Center environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced expertise in Excel functions.
• Strong communication, enjoy problem-solving and the ability to handle difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
• Able to commit on alternate 5.5 work week.
