Job summary

InternSG, based in Singapore, is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to join our team. You will welcome customers in-store, assist with product selection and styling, and handle purchases using our POS system. The role also covers store operations, inventory, and support for online orders and Shopify/POS tasks.

We welcome candidates who are friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required; weekend availability is essential as you will work 5

• Keen interest in fashion and retail.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers.

• Willing to commit to 5 days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store.
• Help customers with product selection, sizing and styling.
• Process purchases and exchanges using our POS system.
• Provide friendly and personalised customer service.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and well-presented.
• Replenish and organise stock.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Receive and arrange new stocks.
• Assist with opening and closing of the store.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and presented.
• Assist with online orders and fulfilment when required.
• Support Shopify/POS-related tasks.
• Assist with simple product photography and social media content.
• Gather customer feedback and share observations with the team.
• Assist with pop-ups, events and other retail activities when required.
