Job summary

ADELINE FACE & BODY PTE. LTD. is seeking a frontline customer service assistant to manage inquiries and bookings at the reception. You will respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms, and convert online interest into confirmed facial treatment appointments.

You will follow up with potential customers, welcome walk-in clients, coordinate with beauticians for smooth scheduling, and maintain accurate booking records and daily reports.

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and other online platforms.
• Follow up with potential customers from online advertisements and promotions.
• Introduce beauty treatments and promotions to customers.
• Convert online enquiries into confirmed facial treatment appointments.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.
• Welcome walk-in customers and provide professional front desk service.
