Job summary

ACES Wellness Beauty Center in Singapore is seeking a diligent beauty receptionist to support daily operations. You will perform facial/skin treatments under supervision, schedule client appointments and handle data entry with accuracy.

You will greet clients, maintain tidy treatment rooms, promote retail products, and assist with stock taking while ensuring weekends and public holidays work as required.

Responsibilities

• Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as facial/skin treatments.
• Scheduling clients appointments
• Data entry of client's information
• Keep documentation and maintain clients files
• Perform pre-treatment and after treatment consultation
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant clients queries, needs and expectations
• Suggest and promote retail products or additional services
• Stock taking
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat
• Any other administrative task when require
• weekends and PH must work
