Job summary

SLIM DOC SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service oriented front desk associate in Singapore. You will handle registration, manage appointments, answer calls, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk and POS system. You will promote first-trial promotions to attract new customers and follow up with no-show consultations.

The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in customer service tools. Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.

• Added advantage with experience similar to beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure front desk and waiting area clean and tidy with odorless.
• Follow new customer registration guideline and policy.
• Register new customer account at POS system
• Manage incoming calls and messages reply.
• Reminder calls/ whatapps before 1 or 2 days for appointment confirmation .
• Arrange customers appointment and provide after treatment care follow up.
• Monitor outlet new appointment cancellation rate.
• Promoting First trial promotion for new customers.
• Follow up those new consult who haven't turn up for an appointment.
• Hit monthly new lead turn up target.
• Ensure daily sales updated and tally with POS system.
• Stock check by daily/ weekly.performed stock receiving process and assist outlet stock tally.
• Billing issues.
