A'ES BEAUTY WELLNESS in Singapore is seeking an assistant to perform facial/skin treatments, schedule appointments, and manage client records. The role includes pre- and post-treatment consultations and responding to client needs. You will promote retail products, handle stock, and maintain clean treatment rooms.

Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required. This position involves general administrative tasks and data entry in a busy wellness clinic.

Responsabilités

• Perform skin treatments per clients’ needs (facial/skin treatments).
• Schedule clients’ appointments.
• Enter client information accurately.
• Maintain and file client records.
• Conduct pre- and post-treatment consultations.
• Acknowledge and respond to client queries and needs.
• Suggest and promote retail products or services.
• Stock taking and inventory control.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean and neat.
• Carry out additional administrative tasks as required.
• Work weekends and public holidays.
