Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a customer service associate to assist customers with mobile issues and provide basic troubleshooting explanations. You will handle service inquiries politely and ensure accurate data entry of customer and device details.

Collaborating closely with technicians, you will support handover of handsets and customer information, contributing to smooth service delivery over a short-term contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Able to commit at least 2 months (4 days per week, including weekends).
