Job summary

SINOPPEL DEVICE PTE LTD in Singapore is hiring for a customer service role handling mobile device inquiries in a fast-paced shop environment. You will greet customers, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy in customer records.

This 2-month contract requires a friendly communicator who can work 5.5 days including weekends and start on short notice. Training is provided, and you will collaborate closely with technicians to hand over devices and information.
