Job summary

101 Hair Consultants (S) Pte Ltd is hiring a Customer Service Officer to join our friendly team across multiple outlets near MRT stations in Singapore. We offer full-time and part-time roles with a 5-day work week, and weekend/public holiday shifts to support busy retail hours.

You will handle WhatsApp messages and calls, manage bookings and appointments, register and collect payments, and help ensure smooth outlet operations. No experience required—passion and willingness to learn are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Strong communication abilities in English; Chinese bilingual is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a retail environment.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle WhatsApp messages and phone calls.
