Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Support Coordinator to liaise with customers on work plans and service operations, and to ensure smooth communication with the logistics and operations teams. You will log and track all customer requests, update work orders and scheduling records, prepare call reports, and help maintain tools and equipment.
