Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Customer Support Coordinator to manage service operations and coordinate with customers on work plans and schedules. You will log requests, update records, and ensure timely communication with the operations team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle and log all incoming customer requests.
• Assign and communicate work requests to the operations team.
• Maintain and update work orders and scheduling records.
• Prepare call reports and summaries, including subcontractor job requests.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly issued, returned, and maintained in good working condition.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Carry out additional duties assigned by supervisors as required.
