Responsibilities

• Support in maintaining all contract agreements as per company SOP.
• Assist with the creation, review and analysis of contractual documents.
• Manage sales order activities accurately and timely.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding order and delivery status.
• Support in generating department reports.
• Handle import and export shipments.
• Conduct timely contract reviews and ensure compliance.

• In charge of supporting in maintaining all contract agreements as per company SOP
• In charge of assisting with the creation, review and analysis of contractual documents as well as ensuring the compliance with the company guidelines.
• In charge of the accurate and timely management of sales order activities
• Responsible in answering to customer inquiries which including updates on order and delivery status.
• In charge of supporting in generating department reports for management review and discussion.
• In charge of import and export shipments
• Responsible in ensuring of contract review is conducted timely, and contract deliverables are flown down to the responsible parties in compliance to the company SOP
• Taking charge of updating customers’ profiles, contract pricing and customer order pricing in the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Business or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
