Job summary

ALLIGATOR LOGISTICS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive Customer Service Officer (Logistics) to assist the Logistics Manager with documentation and shipping arrangements. The role involves handling FCL import/export processing and preparing shipping documents to ensure compliance with import/export rules.

You will manage daily operations, respond to customer inquiries, send booking confirmations, and liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, transporters and warehouses to

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task, prioritize and time management.
• Detail-oriented with a positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a 5.5 days work week (Alternate Saturday after probation).
• Prefer 1-2 years experience in Customer Service Officer (Logistics).

Responsibilities

• Assist logistics manager with documentation and shipping arrangements.
• Handle FCL for import/export processing.
• Prepare and check shipping documents to ensure compliance with import/export rules.
• Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries.
• Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses.
• Coordinate with shipping authorities, transport contractors and PSA/Jurong Port authorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Manage daily operations and respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Process inquiries and send booking confirmations to customers
• Liaise and follow up with customers, freight forwarders, carriers,transporters and warehouses.
• Liaises with shipping company, customs official, Jurong Port authorities,PSA authorities, transport contractors, and customer to ensure on- timedelivery
• Track shipment status to ensure on- time delivery
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
