Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Junior Customer Service Officer in Singapore's freight forwarding sector. The role involves handling customer orders, providing shipment updates, and coordinating with carriers to arrange shipments.

Location: Redhill / Bukit Merah. Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,200. 5 days workweek. Training provided to learn import/export procedures and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn, Training is Provided
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documentation, LCL, and FCL shipments
• Good communication and coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders, enquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide customers with shipment updates, pricing and delivery information.
• Coordinate with customers, carriers, hauliers and overseas agents on shipment arrangements.
• Prepare and process import/export shipping documents and cargo paperwork.
• Assist with LCL and FCL shipment coordination and documentation.
• Ensure shipments are arranged according to customer requirements and SOPs.
• Update shipment details, costs, rates and status accurately in the system.
• Escalate shipment issues or discrepancies to the supervisor and support other operational duties as required.
