Job summary

Caring Skin in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer who will be the first friendly face our customers meet. You don’t need years of experience; we provide training to help you grow in skincare and wellness.

You’ll learn about treatments, products and promotions while delivering warm, personalised service. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, assist with services and manage appointments.

Your day-to-daywork will include:

Connect With Customers

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, positive experience.
• Talk to customers, understand their needs and assist them with suitable services.
• Build genuine relationships and make customers feel valued.
• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, enquiries and follow-ups.

Learn & Grow Your Skincare Knowledge

• Learn about skincare, beauty and wellness from our experienced team and skin experts.
• Keep yourself updated on our treatments, products and promotions.
• Develop your knowledge so you can confidently share accurate information with customers.

Support Customers

• Assist customers with appointments and follow-ups.
• Respond professionally to questions and concerns.
• Listen to customer feedback and work with the team to improve the customer experience.

Be Part of the Team

• Work closely with your teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, welcoming and beautiful outlet.
• Represent Caring Skin with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

No Experience? That's Okay. We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1.

Where You'll Work

You may be rostered across 2 outlets:

• East: Bedok
• North East: Kovan
• West: Clementi
• Central: Orchard

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 10:00AM to 8:00PM
• Weekends / Public Holidays: 10:00AM to 7:00PM
• Rest Days: 8 days off per month, including 2–4 weekend days off per month
