Caring Skin in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer who will be the first friendly face our customers meet. You don’t need years of experience; we provide training to help you grow in skincare and wellness.

You’ll learn about treatments, products and promotions while delivering warm, personalised service. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, assist with services and manage appointments.

Qualifications

• Fresh diploma graduate or first opportunity in beauty and wellness industry.
• Willingness to learn and connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, positive experience.
• Talk to customers, understand their needs and assist them with suitable services.
• Build genuine relationships and make customers feel valued.
