Job summary

Job description
Job Scope:
1.Operations
  • Increase enrolment through engagement of customers.
  • Handle and ensure smooth fee collection.
  • Answer all calls in a courteous manner, route calls, take messages and provide information to customers.
  • Greet all visitors and ensure that all security procedures are upheld.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Ensure safety and health of children at all times.
  • Maintain a good administrative system for the centre, ensure all data, records and reports are updated and compiled timely.
  • Responsible for registration and maintaining the waiting list as well as assisting the in the daily operations of the Centre.
2. Administration
  • Ensures the centre administration functions smoothly.
  • Coordinate and distribute Centre correspondence.
  • Maintain appearance of reception and office and common areas.
  • Update and maintain centre files in an orderly manner in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate and ensure office equipment is in working order.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Handle claims for petty cash accounts.
3. Communications
  • Interface with parents on enrolment matters, school fee collections and operation enquiries.
  • Maintain positive relationships with parents, children and co-workers.
4. Personal Development

Attend training workshops, conferences in order to maintain and improve professional competence.

5.Others
  • Undertake any other adhoc duties or projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 'A' level, Diplomaor equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years' related working experience
  • Comfortable to work Overtime if needed
  • Team player with strong analytical skill, integrity with strong sense of confidentiality
  • Able to multi-task and work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn attitude
