Wearnes Automotive Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to be the primary contact for service customers, guiding them through check-in, job card creation and handover.
You will provide clear repair explanations and timelines, and proactively inform customers of progress and any delays. You’ll coordinate with technicians, manage documentation to meet manufacturer standards, and identify upsell opportunities to maximise value.
Act as the primary point of contact for all service customers, delivering a premium and professional experience.
Manage the end-to-end service process, including vehicle check-in, job card creation and handover.
Provide accurate repair explanations, timelines and cost estimates.
Proactively communicate with customers on work progress, delays and additional requirements.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company and manufacturer standards.
Upsell additional services and products where appropriate to maximise revenue opportunities.
Assist with basic technical inspections, vehicle checks and coordination between technicians and front-of-house.
Assist in managing daily workshop operations and scheduling, including labour allocation and job prioritisation.
Monitor KPIs such as labour sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Help implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Any other tasks assigned by your superior.
Proven experience as an automotive Service Advisor or similar Aftersales role.
Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
Ability to work in a hands-on capacity within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with a commitment to delivering a premium brand experience.
Organized and with attention to detail and demonstrated ambition to build a long-term career within automotive aftersales.
Commercial awareness, with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
Full, valid class 3 driving licence is mandatory.
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Strong team player with high level of professionalism and accountability.
