Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints online and via phone.
• Provide pricing, delivery information, and process orders, forms, and requests.
• Assist in maintaining back stock and setting up merchandise displays.
• Recommend wines and alcohol to customers.
• Use the POS system to checkout customers and handle returns.
• Adhoc duties as assigned.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries & handle and resolve customer complaints online and through telephone

• Provide pricing and delivery information & process orders, forms, applications and requests

• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor

• Recommending the correct wine and alcohol to customers.

• Utilize the company's POS system to cash customers out or administer goods returns.

• Adhoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level with 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Well versed with relevant computer applications

• Excellent communication skills- verbal and written

• 5 days work week
