Job summary

DentalPlus Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior front-of-house leader to own patient relations across three clinics. You will mentor the front-desk team, handle escalations, ensure service standards, and coordinate with clinical staff.

The role offers a 5-day rotating schedule with weekend coverage, day shifts, and provides CPF and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-desk or patient service, ideally healthcare.
• Supervisory or mentoring experience.
• Capable of performing core front-desk duties: bookings, payments, claims.
• Local diploma or equivalent required.

Job description

Own patient relations at our dental group. This senior front-of-house role mixes hands-on service with leadership — you mentor the team, handle escalations, and hold service standards across three clinics.

Work schedule: 5-day work week on a rotating shift, including at least one weekend day. Two rest days every week. Day shifts 8:30am to 6:15pm. No night shifts. Clinics closed on public holidays.

What you'll do

• Mentor front-desk colleagues and maintain standards

• Resolve complaints and escalations

• Coordinate with the clinical team and oversee claims accuracy

• Carry out the administrative work behind daily clinic operations

What we're looking for

• Experienced in front-desk or patient service, ideally healthcare

• Supervisory or mentoring experience; strong communicator

• Able to perform all core front-desk duties well: patient booking, payments, insurance claims and correspondence

• A local diploma or equivalent (required)

• Rotating roster with one weekend day
