Job summary

R U ASSET MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-focused professional to manage defects and after-sales service for internal units and common areas.

You will coordinate with Purchasers, Developers, contractors, and the Resident's Technical Officer to ensure timely inspections, rectifications, and sign-offs during and after the Defects Liability Period. The role emphasizes strong customer service and familiarity with real estate processes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Experience in real estate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Defects management of internal unit and common area defects, liaising with Purchasers, Developer, Main/Sub contractors, RTO, Managing Agent and its representative for access, inspections and rectification work, and signing off defects during and after the Defects Liability Period.
• Provide good after sales services to Purchasers, their representatives and their occupants.
• Ensure that all defects rectification works are carried out properly and within the defined time frame given by the Client.

Job Responsibilities

• Defects management of internal unit and common area defects includes but no limited to liaising with the Purchasers, Developer, Main/Sub contractors, Resident's Technical Officer (RTO), Managing Agent and its representative for access, co-ordination Purchasers, Developer, Main/Sub contractors, Resident's Technical Officer (RTO), Managing Agent and its representative, for inspections and rectification work and signing off of internal units defects submitted by the purchasers (during Defects Liability Period & Post Defects Liability Period).


• Provide good after sales services to the Purchasers, their representatives and their occupants.


• Ensure that all defects rectification works are carried out properly and within the defined time frame given by the Client
