Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on professional to support handover operations on a short-term basis from 1 Oct 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.

The role requires working at multiple locations (Bukit Batok, Woodlands, Cashew, Fort Canning) with monthly rotation. Salary is up to SGD 3,000 per month, with regular duties in defect rectification and customer liaison. Responsibilities include coordinating with main contractors, inspecting units, and resolving owners' complaints to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Minimum A-Level/ Diploma in Real Estate or Building is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are expected.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team in liaising with the main contractor to ensure handover kits are complete and information is accurate.
• Conduct quality inspection of 100% of units to identify defects and certify readiness before handover.
• Ensure defects rectification is completed within the timeline by coordinating with the contractor and owners and arranging joint inspections when needed.
• Assist in resolving owners' complaints arising from defects and other areas to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 6pm

Working Location: Bukit Batok, Woodlands, Cashew, Fort Canning(requires to rotate once a month)

Salary: up to $3,000

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Customer Service team in the liaison with main contractor on handover preparation by ensuring that the handover kit is complete on time with complete information.

• Conduct quality inspection of 100% of the units to identify defects for rectification, certify unit readiness for handover prior to Notice to Take Possession being served by ensuring that home units handed over to home buyers are in good condition.

• Ensure defects rectification completed within stipulated timeline by liaising with main contractor and owners on rectification works and arranging joint inspections with owners on completion where necessary.

• Assist in the resolution of owners’ complaints arising from defects and other area and ensure Owners’ complaints resolved satisfactorily.

Requirements:

• Minimum ‘A’ Level/Diploma in Real Estate/Building

• Minimum 2 – 3 years in real estate and customer service

• Good written and verbal communications skills

• Good organizational and problem- solving skills

• Adaptable to new and changing situations
