Job summary

HELLMANN WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS LLP in Singapore seeks a logistics professional to manage daily operational activities for incoming and outgoing customer orders, including invoicing, billing and costing. You will coordinate with customers and overseas network partners to resolve queries and ensure timely shipments.

You will monitor shipments, update the marine solutions portal, and drive KPI performance with HOD guidance.

• Experience in marine logistics operations.
• Familiar with invoicing, billing and costing processes.
• Ability to coordinate with international network partners.
• Strong documentation and regulatory compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational activities of incoming and outgoing customer orders, including invoicing.
• Manage customers, overseas network partner queries and local queries.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on-board deliveries and local pickups are managed smoothly.
• Update cargo movements and inventory in the marine solutions portal.
• Ensure processes align with KPIs set by HOD and Management for customer satisfaction.
• Prepare documents for billing and costing in a timely manner.
• Assist in implementing new Marine Solutions customers.
• Submit regular reports and update customer records for accuracy.
• Procure buy rates from vendors and participate in global Marine Solutions calls.

Job description

• Handle all daily operational activities of incoming and outgoing customer orders (both local and overseas) includes invoicing - billing, costing and preparation of quotes.
• Management of customers, overseas network partner queries and local queries.
• Close monitoring of shipments and to ensure on-board deliveries and all local pickup and deliveries are being managed in a smooth manner.
• Update of information, movement of cargo and inventory in the marine solutions portal
• Ensure smooth running of all job processes to achieve KPIs as set as by HOD and Management so as to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all key processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and instructions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure timely preparation of documents for billing and costing.
• Involvement with work improvement by registering service failures
• Assist in the implementation for new Marine Solutions customers
• Timely submission of reports as and where needed
• Adherence to the KPIs set as by the HOD and Management
• Ensure timely update of customer's records to ensure completeness and accuracy of Database
• Procurement of buy rates from vendor(s)
• Take part in regular global conference call dedicated to Marine Solutions business and participate actively in discussions
