Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking an orderly and detail-driven professional to manage customer orders from receipt to fulfilment in a Singapore operations setting.

You will ensure orders adhere to SOPs and SLA timelines, collaborate with warehousing and transport teams, and maintain accurate documentation for audits and reporting. The role emphasizes proactive issue spotting and CAPA support, with a focus on timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Familiar with order processing systems and ERP/WMS interfaces.
• Meticulous in following SOPs and SLA constraints.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Prepare accurate reports on orders, inventory, and exceptions.
• Detail-oriented in validating documents and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
• Ensure orders comply with customer SOPs, cut off times, and SLA requirements.
• Monitor order status and proactively highlight delays or exceptions.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Communicate special handling instructions, priority orders, and VAS requirements.
• Coordinate with transport teams on delivery scheduling, amendments, and exceptions.
• Support inventory enquiries such as stock availability, shortages, ageing reports.
• Verify and maintain accuracy of DOs, packing lists, invoices, and PODs.
• Assist in inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations.
• Track daily fulfilment performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Highlight service gaps and support CAPA implementation.
• Ensure activities comply with contracts, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support audits, site visits, and operational reviews.
