No deviation in Singapore is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support day-to-day customer service and order management, ensuring accurate processing from receipt to delivery. You will coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to support order-to-cash operations and shipment execution.

This role provides hands-on exposure to customer service and logistics in a structured corporate environment, handling inquiries, documentation and basic billing while upholding standards

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 1 year or more of customer service, order processing, or administrative experience preferred.
• Basic understanding or interest in logistics, supply chain, or order management processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and basic account matters.
• Process customer orders accurately in internal systems and ensure documentation is complete.
• Support end-to-end order-to-cash activities including order entry, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and shipment partners to manage deliveries and resolve issues.
• Monitor order status and follow up on delays or customer requests.
• Assist with order amendments, returns, and basic billing-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, orders, and shipment details.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and finance to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Adhere to internal procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements.
