Job summary

PET LOVERS CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent order processor to manage end-to-end orders via online or phone channels. You will ensure stock availability, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor transfers to guarantee timely delivery to the warehouse.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and a proactive customer-focused approach, with a 5.5 day work week and on-site location in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in computer skills and basic software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player able to collaborate at all levels
• Proactive and a CAN-DO attitude
• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient processing of orders from start to finish via online or phone.
• Process delivery orders and ensure stock availability for delivery.
• Check stock levels, update inventory management system and notify out-of-stock status
• Coordinate with suppliers and stores to check inventory status.
• Generate inter-outlet transfer documents and liaise with the team to issue purchase orders.
• Track delivery vendors, suppliers and outlet transfers to ensure timely warehouse delivery.
• Coordinate with warehousing to pick/pack orders for delivery on time.
• Liaise with customers on stock availability, exchanges, returns and delivery schedules
• Inform customers of delays and seek alternatives to reduce inconvenience
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned
