• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer programs including Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office administration, Internet applications, Telephone and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Assist with booking, changing and cancelling of spa appointments.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and facilities.
• Provide spa tours and escort guests to treatment areas.
• Promote spa services and products.
• Address guest complaints with empathy and courtesy, always finding a resolution to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
• Handle correspondences and phone calls.
• Answer to enquiries and requests.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Manage guest register.
• Process payments accurately.
• Keep the reception area clean and organised at all times.
• Ensure a conducive environment at the holding area as guests wait for their turn.

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for giving guests a positive impression of the spa from the point of reservation to the moment they arrive and depart. The individual has a vast understanding of the services and products offered, answers emails and calls, assists guests with their enquiries bookings and escort the guest to the lockers/facilities when necessary. The individual checks guests in and out of the spa in a professional manner, and ensures all guests leave satisfied.
