Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is representing a local freight forwarder in Singapore to hire for a Consolidation Specialist. You will handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and booking amendments, ensuring accurate data and timely updates.

You will provide customers with rates, flight schedules, routing and space availability, coordinate with airlines and other service providers, and support the sales team with quotations and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years in air cargo customer service, reservations, or sales support.
• Basic knowledge of airfreight booking procedures, rate quotations, flight schedules, and space availability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with cargo booking/ERP systems.

Consolidation Specialist

We are representing our client a local freight forwarder located in Changi Airfreight Centre to hire for Consolidation Specialist

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and booking amendments.

Provide customers with rates, flight schedules, routing and space availability.

Coordinate bookings with airlines and other service providers.

Monitor shipments from booking through uplift and onward movement.

Provide customers with timely shipment status and flight updates.

Ensure booking and shipment information is accurately maintained.

Liaise closely with sales, airlines and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.

Support the sales team with quotations, rate enquiries and potential shipment opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years in air cargo customer service, reservations, or sales support (applicants from freight forwarders, GSAs, or airlines are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of airfreight booking procedures, rate quotations, flight schedules, and space availability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with cargo booking/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with airlines, sales teams, and customers.
• Good organizational skills to accurately maintain booking data and track shipment movements.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward resolving shipment updates and enquiries.
