Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and meet monthly sales fulfilment.
• Manage quotations (RFQ/web), order processing, and billing documents.
• Handle rescheduling requests, customer complaints (RMA, delivery, claims), and contracts/forms.
• Ensure smooth fulfilment of samples, catalogues, and marketing materials.
• Prepare regular performance/complaint reports and support customer visits.
• Participate in meetings, stock takes, and handle calls within stipulated time.

Education
