Job summary

Maxlinear Asia Singapore Private Limited is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Order Management professional to oversee the full sales order lifecycle, from entry to delivery, in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

The role requires strong ERP skills (D365), advanced Excel, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to meet tight lead times and ensure compliance with export controls and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related with 9 years of experience.
• Master's degree with 6 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech equipment industry.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Macros/VBA).
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; ability to interpret data and present it clearly.
• Knowledge of order processing, fulfillment, international trade, shipping compliance, and RMA management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete sales order lifecycle from entry to delivery and ensure order accuracy.
• Track product availability, communicate lead-time changes, and coordinate with production control for urgent expedites.
• Manage RMA processes including failure analysis, repair logistics, and replacements with engineering and QA.
• Ensure all transactions and logistics docs comply with corporate guidelines, audits, and export controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to support demand planning and resolve bottlenecks.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:-

• Oversee the entire sales order lifecycle from entry to delivery,validating order accuracy, monitoring WIP movement, and ensuring on-time delivery
• Track product availability, communicate lead-time changes proactively,and coordinate with production control to prioritize and execute urgent expedites
• Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, coordinating failure analysis, repair logistics, and replacements with engineering and QA teams
• Ensure all transactions and logistics documentation strictly comply withcorporate guidelines, external audit requirements, and export controlregulations (e.g.: strategic goods permit)
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support demand planning and resolve order-related bottlenecks
