Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our East (Ubi) team. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations and orders, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires handling multiple orders, providing product information, and supporting the sales team with admin duties. A Diploma in Business or related field is required, with prior customer service or order processing experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant customer service, sales coordination, or order processing experience is preferred.
• Experience in electrical, industrial, engineering, or technical products is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or SAP systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple orders and enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email regarding products, orders, quotations, and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.
• Process customer orders accurately and monitor order status through to delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers on stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Provide customers with product information and basic commercial support.
• Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems.
• Handle feedback, complaints, and after-sales enquiries professionally.
• Support the sales team with administrative and customer service duties.
