• Customer Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers by delivering prompt, accurate information, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Proposal and Quotation Preparation: prepare accurate sales proposals and quotations, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
