Job summary

MCI CAREER SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable after-sales customer service and accounts support professional to join our team in Singapore.

You will prepare quotations, resolve enquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely closure. The role involves shipping and logistics support, maintaining ERP records, and handling warranty claims and spare parts inventory. Diploma or Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales customer service and account support.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers until closure.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution; prepare customer status reports, monthly sales reports and KPI records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external customers on account-related matters.
• Support shipping, invoicing and logistics coordination.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in ERP system.
• Assist with warranty claims, spare parts inventory and customer agreements.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary: $3,300–$4,500
• Completion Bonus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
• May be required to support standby duties on rotation (Additional $500 allowance)

Location

• Changi North
• Company transport provided from Pasir Ris, Tampines, Sengkang & Punggol
