Responsibilities

• Track the loading status of all vessels.
• Manage the CBF/Booking Forecast Table and update load balance figures daily.
• Ensure all necessary documents are completed before the vessel's closing time.
• Enter and upload booking data into the internal system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide rate quotations.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade departments to optimize revenue.

About the job Customer Service Executive

• Tracking the loading status of all vessels.
• Manage the CBF/Booking Forecast Table and update the load balance figures daily.
• Make sure all necessary documents and Portnet creation are completed prior to the vessel's closing time, along with sending the final forecast and special container list to the Partner/V0.
• Enter and upload booking and loading data into the internal system.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide rate quotations, and while building strong relationships.
• Work closely with Sales and Trade departments to optimize revenue.
