PBA SYSTEMS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the Sales Manager with customer inquiries, quotes, orders and order fulfilment.

You will handle inquiries via email and phone, prepare quotations and sales orders, monitor orders, follow up on RMAs, and maintain accurate records.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma, MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Formación

• GCE “N”/ ”O” Level, Diploma minimum requirement.
• Experience in a sales support role for B2B sales will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player.
• Positive attitude with great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary
