Qualifications

• Diploma in Business & Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in air/sea freight.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Good time management; able to prioritise and work under tight schedules and pressure.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Mature, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Customers on Export/Import shipments.
• Work with air and ocean carriers to secure best rates for customers.
• Issue shipping and customs documentation timely.

Requirements :

• Possess a Diploma in Business, logistics or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in air/sea freight industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Good time management skills, prioritize tasks and able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Able to work independently with good problem solving skill
• Mature personality and able to work in result oriented and collaborative environment
• A team player and self-motivated individual
• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to provide exceptional service
